Responsibilities

Mutual Funds

Grow Existing Customers

Deepen engagement with the current client base by understanding their financial goals and offering suitable mutual fund solutions. Regularly review portfolios, provide market updates, and recommend rebalancing strategies. Ensure strong client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Bring in New Customers

Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, events, and market outreach. Conduct investor awareness sessions and product presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and AUM growth targets.

Life Insurance

Identify customer protection and investment needs to recommend appropriate

Life Insurance

products. Cross-sell Life Insurance solutions to the mutual fund client base. Manage policy issuance, renewals, and provide claims-related support.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field. AMFI / NISM certification for Mutual Fund distribution (mandatory). IRDAI Life Insurance license (preferred or to be obtained within probation). 3-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Mutual Funds and Life Insurance. Strong knowledge of investment and protection products. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills. Target-driven with a proven record of sales performance.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
