Role Summary

The Insurance Relationship Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships,

promoting insurance products, driving sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on achieving business targets, Handling claims, coordinating with internal

Teams & External Insurance companies RM's.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

? Promote insurance products (Life / General / Traditional)

? Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

? Claims Handling

? Conduct product presentations and explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details.

2. Relationship Management

? Handle customer queries, service requests, renewals, and claims support.

? Provide timely policy information, premium reminders, and product updates.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

Follow up with RM's & DRM's ensure timely conversion of leads.

? Track customer needs and design insurance solutions accordingly.

4. Coordination & Reporting

? Coordinate with underwriters, operations, and claim teams for smooth process flow.

? Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and policy issuance.

? Maintain accurate MIS reports, daily activity tracker, and sales pipeline updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
