Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will generate new business, manage client relationships, and provide financial advisory services related to insurance and investments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development: Acquire clients through calls, networking, and referrals; achieve sales targets.

2. Insurance Sales: Promote various insurance products, assist with claims, and provide policy advice.

3. Investment Advisory: Recommend investment options, perform portfolio reviews, and ensure compliance.

4. Client Management: Build client relationships, offer exceptional service, and resolve queries.

5. Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to regulatory guidelines, maintain documentation, and produce MIS reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or sales.

Key Skills

Knowledge of financial products, sales proficiency, and strong communication skills.
