Job Title: Life Insurance Advisor / Relationship Manager

Location:

Sector 75, Mohali

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Pitch and sell

life insurance policies, health cover plans, and related financial products

. Assist customers in understanding product benefits and selecting the right policy.

2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs, family requirements, and financial goals. Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and policy reviews. Deliver excellent customer service and address all queries regarding insurance coverage, premiums, and claims.

3. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure accurate documentation for all insurance applications. Follow

IRDAI regulations and company compliance policies

. Stay updated with the latest insurance products, riders, and government guidelines.

4. Reporting & Targets

Meet assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of leads, meetings, sales conversions, and renewals. Share performance reports with the team leader/manager.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Sales-driven attitude with customer-first approach. Basic knowledge of

life insurance products and financial planning

(training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate (Any Stream).

Experience:

1-2 years (experienced with interest in finance/insurance may apply).

Certification:

IRDAI License (preferred) or willingness to obtain after joining.
