Description:Role Overview:The Relationship Manager - Inside Sales role is a front-line revenue-driving position focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through outbound calling. This role plays a critical part in expanding customer base by understanding customer needs, positioning gold-backed financial products effectively, and closing sales within defined timelines.
