Job Summary

The Relationship Manager - Showroom & Field Sales is responsible for handling showroom walk-in customers and generating sales through field activities. The role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, test drives, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Showroom Sales

Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, and finance options Arrange and coordinate test drives Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales Coordinate booking, documentation, and vehicle delivery Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities Visit customers at homes, offices, and business locations Conduct follow-ups through calls and in-person meetings Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events Convert field leads into showroom visits and confirmed bookings
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets Walk-in and field lead conversion ratio Test drive to booking conversion Customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate (any stream) Experience in automobile, retail, or field sales preferred Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in car showroom sales Knowledge of local Bengaluru market Two-wheeler preferred for field visits Presentable, confident, and professional attitude
Work Schedule

6 days working (week off as per showroom policy) Weekend availability mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
