will be responsible for managing franchise partners across India, ensuring operational excellence, store compliance, and smooth communication between franchisees and the head office. The role focuses on building strong relationships, supporting franchise store performance, and maintaining MyCleaners brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all
Mycleaners franchise partners
.
Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new franchise stores.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational checks to maintain MyCleaners standards.
Support franchise stores in improving operations, workflow, staff management, and service quality.
Address and resolve franchise partner issues, escalations, and operational challenges.
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and overall store health.
Ensure each franchise follows
SOPs, pricing structure, branding guidelines
, and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, HR, supply chain) to fulfil franchise needs.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on franchise performance and highlight areas of improvement.
Assist franchise partners in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or relevant field.
1 -2 years of experience in franchise management, operations, or relationship handling.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Ability to travel to franchise locations across India.
