One of our client is looking for a Relationship Manager-B2B Sales
Role Summary:
The Relationship Manager for B2B Sales will be responsible for acquiring new business clients and managing existing relationships to drive sales for company's portfolio of B2B digital solutions and services. This role is crucial for building long-term, profitable partnerships with MSMEs and other emerging businesses in the assigned territory.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients (SMEs/MSMEs) by proactively reaching out to decision-makers.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client business needs and challenges, particularly concerning procurement, logistics, finance, and tenders.
Present, promote, and sell the relevant company's digital solutions and services (Steel, Logistics, Finance, Tenders, etc.) as customized solutions to meet client objectives.
Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Relationship Management & Retention:
Build, maintain, and strengthen strong, long-lasting relationships with key personnel and decision-makers in client organizations.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive client experience.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally by coordinating with internal operations, support, and product teams.
Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and ensuring clients realize continuous value from the platform.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services within existing client accounts.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while fostering a beneficial partnership for the client.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to strategically position company's offerings.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of documented experience in Relationship Management (RM) and/or Sales in a B2B environment. Experience in digital platforms, services, financial services, logistics, or raw material procurement is an advantage.
Skills:
Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on a customer-centric approach.
Compensation and Work Structure:
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Fixed Off: Sundays.
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Budget (CTC): ₹3 LPA to ?4.2 LPA (Negotiable based on last drawn CTC and interview performance).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
