Job Overview:


We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager for Field Sales (Sec 44) to generate business, build client relationships, and manage a portfolio of customers. This role involves regular field visits, client engagement, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct field visits to meet clients and potential leads. Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing and service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in your territory.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass Proven experience in sales, field sales, or relationship management preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.
