Relationship Manager - Home Loan / LAP

Compensation: Up to ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Role Overview

We are hiring a Relationship Manager - Home Loan / LAP to support the Sales Manager in sourcing leads, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth loan processing with banks/NBFCs.

Responsibilities

Source customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with lender partners for documentation & approvals. Assist Sales Manager in meeting sales targets. o Handle customer support and query resolution. Maintain proper loan MIS and reporting.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in HL/LAP/loan sales/DSA/banking/NBFCs. Strong communication in English & Malayalam (mandatory). Target-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. Basic knowledge of financial documentation preferred.
