Job Overview:

We are hiring

experienced Relationship Managers

with strong domain expertise in

Home Loans

and

Affordable Housing Loans

. The ideal candidates must possess an in-depth understanding of the

DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical

, and be capable of developing and managing a network of

Channel Partners

for consistent lead generation and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire new customers for Home Loans & Affordable Housing Loans through DSA and channel partner network. Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, connectors, and real estate agents to generate quality leads. Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into disbursals. Handle end-to-end customer queries and documentation processes. Stay updated on loan products, market trends, and competition activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned geography. Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Technical, Legal) for smooth processing and disbursal.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Home Loans / Affordable Housing Loans

Specialization:

Good knowledge of

DSA vertical

and established

channel partner network

Location Preference:

Candidates open to working in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, or Kolkata

Skills:
