Department: Sales - Luxury / HNI Segment
Location: Mumbai Suburban
Reporting To: Territory Sales Manager / Regional Head / Cluster Head

The HNI Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and managing High-net-worth clients (HNIs, NRIs, CXOs, business owners) seeking investment or residential opportunities in premium and luxury real-estate projects. The role demands deep product understanding, strong relationship management, and advisory-led selling to drive large-ticket closures.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management


o Identify and acquire HNI/NRI clients through referrals, developer events, channel partners, and corporate connects. o Build long-term trusted relationships with clients by offering personalized property investment advice aligned with financial goals. o Maintain a high conversion ratio by understanding client needs, showcasing relevant projects, and managing end-to-end deal execution.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation


o Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through structured sales planning and lead follow-ups. o Handle luxury projects (?2Cr and above ticket size) and ensure premium client experience. o Coordinate site visits, property shortlisting, negotiations, and transaction closures with developers.

3. Market & Product Intelligence


o Stay updated on new launches, developer tie-ups, and market trends in luxury real-estate. o Share regular insights on buyer patterns, competitive projects, and client sentiments with the management team.

4. Stakeholder Coordination


o Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing. o Work closely with developer relationship managers to ensure inventory access, preferential pricing, and exclusive deals.

5. Reporting & Compliance


o Maintain accurate client interaction logs, sales pipeline, and closure reports in CRM. o Ensure adherence to all company policies and ethical sales practices.
