Drive sales of Home Loan and LAP products through direct sourcing and channel partnerships.
Manage and motivate a team of Relationship Officers / Executives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, property agents, DSAs, and connectors.
Identify new business opportunities and plan strategies for market penetration.
Ensure timely and quality customer acquisition and disbursal.
Coordinate with internal teams -- credit, operations, and technical -- for seamless processing.
Monitor loan portfolio quality and ensure timely collections.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Provide regular performance reports and feedback to management.
