Job Title: Relationship Manager - Health tech
Position Overview: We are looking for a smart, confident and dynamic individual to join our Health Tech vertical as a Client Success & Operations Manager. This individual will work closely with our CEO to manage high-impact hospital relationships, ensure efficient onboarding , and lead monthly review presentations to CXO-level stakeholders at hospitals. This is a client-facing operations and relationship management role that ensures smooth post-sales execution and long-term success of our receivables management services.
Key Responsibilities:
? Represent ViFin and the CEO in monthly review meetings with hospital CXOs, insurance department heads, and partner stakeholders.
? Ensure clients are satisfied with deliverables and service outcomes.
? Prepare detailed monthly review presentations on hospital performance, receivables recovery status, claim ageing, TAT adherence, etc.
Qualification: MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 management colleges (Preferred)
Experience: 1+ years of work experience in: Hospital receivables / claim processing / TPA management / Client success / healthcare operations roles / Health-tech / SaaS
Skills:
? Strong communication & presentation skills (English, Tamil a must)
? Ability to confidently interact with senior hospital management
? Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and reporting
? High ownership mindset with client-first approach
? Willingness to travel locally (if needed)
Location: Teynampet, Chennai (with travel to hospital locations as required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
