Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their health insurance needs. Promote and sell health insurance plans tailored to individual and corporate requirements. Provide end-to-end assistance in policy issuance, renewals, claims, and servicing. Act as a trusted advisor by educating clients about available health insurance options and benefits. Ensure timely follow-up with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and claims-related issues. Meet business targets for sales, retention, and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on health insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
