Role Summary

Advise clients on suitable health insurance plans and manage end-to-end servicing with integrity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and stay updated on

health insurance products

across insurers Generate & engage with leads and clients to

identify insurance needs and propose tailored solutions

Prepare and compare quotes; coordinate with insurers for policy issuance Handle

policy documentation, endorsements, renewals

, and

claims follow-up

Maintain and update client records and ensure high-quality

post-sales service

Support in

cross-functional insurance learning

(e.g., motor, fire, liability)

Desired Skills and Attributes

Minimum 2 years' experience

in health/general insurance advisory or servicing Strong

follow-up and coordination

skills High on

integrity, logic, and self-discipline

Excellent

written and spoken communication

in English Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
A genuine learner - willing to explore other lines of general insurance over time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
