English & Gujarati language, hands-on experience with CRM tools & MS Office.
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will drive sales by engaging directly with employees of automobile component manufacturing units, real estate investors, and through an active network of channel partners. The role involves direct interaction with salaried professionals, mid-management employees, and first-time investors, helping them select suitable residential real estate offerings by the company and managing and energizing the channel partner ecosystem to maximize project outreach and revenue. The role demands strong networking, local market understanding, and the ability to educate and convert customers through personalized engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Engagement
Identify and approach employees across automobile manufacturing hubs and industrial belts.
Conduct on-ground activations, presentations, and site visits for individuals and employee groups. Conduct roadshows / events for Channel Partners, Investors and HR/Leadership teams of manufacturing units
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR teams, plant heads, and employee welfare teams to facilitate bulk leads.
2. Investor Targeting
Present the investment potential of the developer's offerings through ROI analysis and rental yield projections.
Maintain a database of investors and keep them updated with new launches, offers, and returns.
3. Channel Partner Management
Onboard, train, and support local real estate channel partners.
Organize regular CP events, reward programs, and joint client site visits.
4. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Stay informed on new projects, pricing trends, infrastructure developments and buyer sentiment.
Provide inputs to marketing and product teams based on customer feedback and market insights.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience dealing with mid-income salaried segments or industrial workforce.
Established network in the auto manufacturing belt and/or real estate channel circles.
Strong persuasion, relationship management, and after-sales servicing mindset.
Energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Willing to travel to client locations, plants, or industrial parks regularly.
