Role Title:

Relationship Manager

Role Purpose:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and deepening client relationships, ensuring clients receive personalised wealth management solutions aligned with their financial goals. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of investment products, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, offering proactive
engagement and prompt resolution of queries.

Build long-term trust-based relationships by understanding clients' financial
objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences.

Wealth Advisory & Portfolio Management:
Provide tailored financial planning and investment advisory services in line
with company guidelines.

Review and monitor client portfolios regularly, suggesting adjustments as
required.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and potential
clients.

Participate in client acquisition initiatives, networking events, and referral
programs.

Client Servicing & Support:

Coordinate with operations and research teams to ensure seamless service
delivery.

Assist clients with documentation, account management, and transactional
needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS,
AIF, Insurance, Bonds, etc.).

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High degree of client-centricity and service orientation.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
Fresher /3-5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or investment
advisory.

Proven track record in client relationship management and business
development.

Salary offered:

CTC based on experience+ Incentives eligible after 3 months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
