Generate and qualify new business leads through multiple channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking and field sales activities.
Proactively follow up on company-provided leads and convert prospects into active, long-term clients.
Identify, onboard and develop new business partners and associates to strengthen market reach and brand presence.
Provide end-to-end onboarding, training, and continuous operational support to partners and clients to ensure engagement and retention.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales, business development and revenue targets on a consistent basis.
Present, demonstrate, and clearly communicate the company's products, services and business models to prospective clients.
Prepare, customize and deliver sales proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and prevailing market trends.
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, pipelines and closures in the CRM system.
