Relationship Manager
to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Handle client issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain client records and prepare performance reports
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Customer-focused and result-driven approach
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools)
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Ability to maintain and update customer databases
Familiarity with email communication tools and business software
Understanding of sales tracking and performance metrics
