Acquire new corporate clients through field sales and networking
Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment team
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closure
Manage client documentation, onboarding, and agreements
Ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction
Prepare reports, client updates, and MIS as required
Required Skills
Proven experience in Field Sales / B2B Client Acquisition
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Good market research and analytical ability
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to manage documentation, onboarding & follow-ups
Knowledge of HR consultancy or service industry preferred
Qualification
Minimum qualification:MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Development
1-3 Years of experience in Relationship Management / Field Sales / B2B Client Acquisition
SALARY PACKAGE :
12500/- to 18000/- + Incentive Per Sale
