Job Description

Total years of Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships

to ensure long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.

Understand client requirements

and recommend suitable company products and services aligned with their needs.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding

, including documentation, verification, and KYC compliance.

Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues

promptly to ensure a positive client experience.

Cross-sell and upsell products

based on customer profiles and needs.

Maintain regular follow-ups

with clients to provide service updates, share new product information, and strengthen engagement.

Coordinate with internal departments

to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client requests.

Achieve monthly targets

related to client acquisition, revenue generation, and client retention.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
