Experience Required - 5+ Years (Motor Insurance Sales)

Qualification Required - Any Graduation

Location - Anywhere in Punjab

Duties/Responsibilities:

Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

Ensure sales targets assigned are met on every parameter

Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner

Sales Team Management, Geographical coverage manage the spread.

Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Profit and Loss account ownership for the branch.

Ensure Branch level legal compliance's

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹191,578.21 - ₹600,000.00 per year
