Job Summary:

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to manage post-sales client relationships in an insurance broking setup. The role focuses on servicing corporate and retail clients, handling policy renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination, while ensuring high client satisfaction, without any sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes and claim support Ensure timely client communication and resolution of queries Maintain strong relationships and ensure high service quality

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream; insurance certification preferred 2+ years in client servicing within insurance broking Strong communication and coordination skills Knowledge of general/life/health insurance products

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
