Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to manage client portfolios, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, sales capability, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial/insurance products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain regular follow-ups and provide updates on new products or offers.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and service support.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Relationship Management / Sales / Client Servicing (BFSI preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and work in a competitive environment.
Good understanding of financial or insurance products (added advantage).
