Job Title: Relationship Manager ( Female)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager with strong, existing connections in the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other partners to drive business growth, secure partnerships, and enhance financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage long-term relationships with key banking partners to support business growth objectives.

Leverage existing banking contacts to negotiate better credit terms, products, and services for the organization.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and partner banks for all financial needs and opportunities.

Explore and initiate tie-ups with banks for co-branded offerings, lending solutions, and partnership-based initiatives.

Work closely with internal teams (finance, operations, legal, and sales) to align banking strategies with business goals.

Monitor industry trends and banking product innovations to identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Resolve issues and ensure timely execution of transactions involving banking partners.

Prepare regular reports on relationship health, performance, and strategic insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven 5+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably with a strong network in banking or financial services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
