Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow client relationships, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs while building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Acquire new clients through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and handle queries, complaints, or escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track and analyze client data and engagement using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales/revenue targets.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
1-5 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel / Google Sheets
Goal-driven with a proactive, positive attitude
