Job Description

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Acquire new clients through cold calls, references, lead follow-ups, and networking. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high client satisfaction. Understand client financial goals and advise suitable equity, mutual fund, and insurance products.

2. Equity & Trading Support



Assist clients with equity trading, demat account opening, KYC documentation, and online platform usage. Provide market updates, stock ideas (as per company guidelines), and explain risks and benefits. Coordinate with the dealing/operations team for smooth trade execution.

3. Mutual Fund Advisory



Recommend mutual fund schemes based on client risk profile and investment horizon. Handle SIP/STP/SWP registrations, redemptions, switches, and portfolio reviews. Keep clients updated with fund performance, market trends, and regulatory changes.

4. Insurance Sales (Life / Health / General)



Understand client protection needs and pitch suitable insurance solutions. Explain policy features, premium calculations, benefits, and claim processes. Achieve monthly/quarterly insurance sales targets.

5. Revenue & Target Achievement



Achieve assigned revenue targets from equity, mutual fund, and insurance verticals. Cross-sell company products such as loans, PMS, NPS, and other wealth offerings. Ensure high customer activation and product penetration.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
