Key Responsibilities

Own the deal closure process from proposal to final agreement

Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive conversions

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets

Eligibility Criteria

Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset

Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools

Salary: upto 30k + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
