We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Executives (Relationship Manager) who will be responsible for driving business growth through agency partners. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in insurance sales and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and manage agency partners to achieve sales targets.
Promote and sell General Insurance products (preferred), including Life, Health, and Motor.
Support and guide agents to improve productivity.
Develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
Conduct regular market visits for lead generation and business development.
Requirements:
*Minimum 1 Year of experience in insurance sales (General Insurance preferred). Strong communication & negotiation skills.
*Must own a personal vehicle. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
