Key Responsibilities:



Source new business for

Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)

through direct and indirect channels. Identify potential customers and conduct client visits to understand financial needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and DSAs. Achieve assigned

sales

on a monthly and quarterly basis. Ensure timely collection of documents, accurate file login, and smooth processing of applications.

Requirements:

Minimum Experience:

6 months to 2 years in

Home Loan / LAP sales

.

Qualification:

Graduate Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of mortgage/lending products and documentation. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
