Skinroots is seeking a passionate and result-driven
Relationship Manager
to manage
patient counselling and sales conversions
in dermatology, aesthetics, and hair restoration services. The role requires a professional who can combine patient care with sales expertise to deliver outstanding clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and counsel walk-in and referred patients, clearly explaining
skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments
.
Understand patient needs, recommend suitable procedures, and ensure a
personalized treatment journey
.
Drive
sales conversions
by explaining benefits, packages, and treatment outcomes.
Achieve monthly
revenue and conversion targets
through effective patient counselling.
Build strong, long-term
patient relationships
to maximize satisfaction, trust, and repeat visits.
Handle patient queries, objections, and concerns with empathy while maintaining a
consultative sales approach
.
Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate patient data, follow-ups, and
CRM updates
to track conversions and retention.
Support
promotional campaigns and referral programs
to generate new patient leads.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Business, Hospitality, Healthcare preferred).
Prior experience in
Sales, Counselling, or Client Servicing
in aesthetics clinic.
Strong communication, persuasion, and
relationship-building skills
.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
