Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and approach potential clients to promote loan products (personal loans, business loans, etc.)
Conduct client meetings, understand financial needs, and recommend suitable financial products
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, disbursement) for smooth loan processing
Maintain and update client records and sales activities regularly in CRM systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role in financial services
Strong knowledge of loan products and financial services industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach with a passion for building long-term relationships
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
