To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving vehicle sales and after-sales service growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with walk-in and referral customers.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle as per their needs and preferences.
Explain product features, specifications, finance & insurance options.
Achieve monthly sales targets of new cars and related products (insurance, accessories, etc.).
Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with other departments (finance, service, delivery) for a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Take feedback from customers and work on improvement areas.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate (Any stream)
Proven experience in automobile sales/customer handling (1-3 years preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
