Job Description

Job Title Relationship Manager - Mutual Fund Sales Objectives of the Role: o Responsible for driving Mutual Fund Sales through NDs, KRs and IFAs. o Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPAM o Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain. o Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business o Build long term core assets through incremental net sales o Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business o Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions. o Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets Skills Required: o Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry o Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating. o Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) o Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident o NISM VA certified or can complete certification before joining Years of Experience: o Candidate with 5+years of experience.
