We are hiring proactive and goal-oriented professionals for the Direct Sales team. This is a front-line sales role focused on acquiring customers and promoting life insurance products.Responsibilities:- Meet customers directly through field visits, walk-ins, or company leads- Understand client needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans- Close sales and ensure policy issuance- Maintain client records and provide post-sale services- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Follow up with leads and ensure end-to-end customer handlingKey Requirements:- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)- Min. 1 year of Sales experience in BFSI, telecom, retail, or insurance is a plus.- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Target-driven and self-motivated- Two-wheeler preferred for field activityWhy Join Us
