The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing, selling, and managing Car Loans and Commercial Vehicle Loans, while also handling collections for the assigned portfolio. The role requires strong field presence, dealer coordination, and customer relationship management to achieve sales and collection targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Source Car Loans and Commercial Vehicle Loans through dealers, field sales activities, and customer referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and referral partners.
Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI structures, and tenure options clearly to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets. Loan Processing & Coordination
Collect, verify, and submit customer documentation for loan processing.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely case approval and disbursement.
Ensure PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) are completed within defined timelines as per company norms. Collections & Portfolio Management
Manage EMI collections for the assigned customer portfolio.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments.
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions. Field Operations
Be field-ready and travel locally as required for sourcing, verification, and collections.
Conduct customer visits for document collection, verification, and follow-ups. Required Skills & Competencies
Sound knowledge of Car Loan / Commercial Vehicle Loan sales and collections
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building ability
Ability to work independently in the field
Basic knowledge of loan documentation and processes Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in NBFC or Finance company
Familiarity with dealer-based loan sourcing
Local market knowledge of Chennai preferred
