Job Title: CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer and lead data in the CRM system
Track enquiries, RFQs, orders, and follow-ups
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Ensure accurate customer records and data quality
Support sales team with customer communication and status updates
Handle customer complaints and service requests in CRM
Assist in improving customer retention and satisfaction
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
2-3 years experience in CRM / Sales Support (Manufacturing preferred)
Basic knowledge of CRM software (SAP, Zoho, Salesforce, or in-house CRM)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
