Relationship Manager - Corporate Solution Group - General Insurance - 2+ Years Experience - Pune
We are hiring a strategic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join the Corporate Solution Group (CSG) in the General Insurance sector. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing corporate clients, handling broker relationships, and driving business through customized insurance solutions.
Location - Pune

Responsibilities - * Build and nurture relationships with direct corporates and corporate brokers.

• Manage end-to-end client servicing for general insurance solutions (e.g., property, marine, engineering).
• Act as the Key Relationship Manager for assigned accounts.
• Drive sales and renewals by identifying upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate internally with underwriting, claims, and operations teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction and high retention rates.

Requirements - * Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Key Account Management in BFSI or General Insurance.

• Strong background in sales and servicing of general insurance products.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a client-facing role.
• Experience managing broker relationships is a plus.
