Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's commercial and retail leasing portfolio across Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Operate from the Mumbai Head Office while actively connecting and engaging with clients in the Bangalore and Hyderabad markets.
Identify potential clients, understand their space requirements, and provide suitable office and retail space options that align with their business needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and retail clients.
Pitch available properties to clients and support them through the entire leasing process.
Conduct regular market research on vacancy levels, rental trends, and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (
MBA preferred
).
3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or client relationship management.
Strong understanding of the
Bangalore and Hyderabad property markets
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
