Position Title:

Customer Relationship Manager / Executive Channel Sales

Job Summary:

Vahan Junction is an online two-wheeler servicing platform that helps customers book and get their two-wheelers serviced at their fingertips. The platform is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager / Executive who can coordinate with customers, service providers and resolve issues related to the service delivery process. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and Service Provider (Vendors), providing excellent customer service to maximize client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and providing feedback to the management team to improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting with various Vendors (Service Providers) and getting them onboard.

- Coordinating with service providers to ensure that they have all the necessary information and tools to complete the service delivery.

- Coordinating with customers, service providers, and various internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

- Resolving customer complaints and answering their queries related to the service delivery process.

- Handling customer feedback and providing suggestions for service improvement.

- Ensuring timely delivery of services, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

- Updating customer data and service records in the company's database.

- Coordinating with the technical team to resolve any technical issues related to the platform.

- Active Participation in Marketing and promotion activity.

- Create marketing and promotion campaigns on field and social media as well.

- Reporting to the Manager on a daily basis, providing details of service status, customer feedback and issues.

Qualification:

- Minimum Graduates / Post graduates

- 0-2 years' experience in customer service

- Channel Sales Experience will be preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of two-wheeler servicing industry/products

- Availability to work flexible hours on weekdays and weekends

Remuneration:

Salary: Commensurate with experience
