Relationship Manager
will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging with walk-in customers at our store. This role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives a premium experience, aligning with our brand values and standards.
Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized gifting solutions.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked with the latest product offerings.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain customer records and feedback to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
A graduate degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Previous experience in the premium gifting or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
