Job Title: Relationship Manager - Business Loan
Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for Business Loan products through market visits and channel sourcing.
Conduct detailed credit assessment, financial analysis, and profiling of clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, file processing, and disbursement.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure timely EMI collections in coordination with credit and operations teams.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as per business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Business Loans/SME Lending with any NBFC or Bank.
Good understanding of local Jodhpur market and customer base.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
