Role Overview:The Relationship Manager (RM) in the Business Banking Group (BBG) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients. The RM will identify new business opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and ensure superior service delivery to clients in the SME and mid-market segments.Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage business banking clients across SME and mid-market segments.- Achieve business targets across assets, liabilities, and fee-based products.- Cross-sell trade, forex, cash management, and insurance products.- Conduct regular client meetings to assess banking needs and ensure high service levels.- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure credit quality.- Coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.Candidate Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Business Banking or SME lending.- 3-8 years of experience in business banking relationship management.- Strong knowledge of banking products - working capital, term loans, and trade finance.- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.- Strong network and local market knowledge.- Maximum Age: 33 years.
