Position Summary
The Relationship Manager will enhance relationships with existing and prospective bank customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achieving business targets. Strong banking experience and a customer-centric approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop and manage long-term client relationships.
Act as the primary contact for clients, resolving service issues promptly.
Conduct client reviews to recommend banking solutions.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Meet sales targets for banking products.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Engage in business development and networking activities.
3. Portfolio Management
Manage a portfolio of clients while ensuring compliance.
Monitor account performance to mitigate risks.
Ensure timely handling of client requests.
4. Customer Service Excellence
Provide superior customer service and coordinate with internal departments.
Maintain a positive customer experience.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Validate client documentation and report suspicious activity.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (Master's/Certification preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in banking or client relationship roles with a proven sales record.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
High integrity and adherence to compliance.
