Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell life insurance plans through the bancassurance virtual channel.
Connect with potential clients via calls, video meetings, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance products.
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely follow-up.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales
(bancassurance/agency/direct channel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated with good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
