Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients, travel agents & B2B partners
.
Promote and sell customized travel packages (domestic & international).
Conduct business meetings with decision-makers to understand travel requirements.
Handle client queries, negotiate pricing, and provide after-sales support.
Work closely with business development team to expand corporate travel portfolio.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience as a
Relationship Manager in the Travel Industry
.
Expertise in
B2B sales & corporate travel packages
.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to face clients and build long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools for client tracking and reporting.
Confident personality with target-driven approach.
