What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions.
Achieve business targets for loans, credit, and portfolio growth.
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide post-sales support.
Cross-sell financial products like loans, credit facilities, and insurance.
Follow up with clients for timely repayments and resolve queries.
Prepare reports on client interactions and business updates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of financial products and ability to explain them clearly.
Sales-driven, target-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and able to manage relationships effectively.
Knowledge of local market and finance trends is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services (credit/loan/wealth management preferred).
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing clients.
