to manage and grow our motor insurance portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving motor insurance sales, and providing excellent service to individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for motor insurance (private, commercial vehicles)
Manage relationships with individual customers, auto dealers, agents, and brokers
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for new business, renewals, and cross-sell
Assist clients in selecting appropriate motor insurance policies based on their needs
Ensure timely renewals and upsell additional coverage (e.g., zero depreciation, roadside assistance)
Coordinate with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Provide post-sales support and resolve queries or complaints
Maintain MIS reports and update CRM tools regularly
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline; insurance-related certifications (e.g., IRDA License) preferred
1-5 years of experience in motor insurance sales or relationship management
Good understanding of motor insurance products, pricing, and policy terms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-centric approach with ability to handle objections
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
