Role Overview:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for the Affordable Home Loan segment. The role involves customer acquisition, field sourcing, and loan processing, catering to affordable housing customers in the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Affordable Home Loan business through open market, DSA, and referral channels
Identify and acquire new home loan customers within the assigned geography
Educate customers on loan products, eligibility, and documentation
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely disbursements
Achieve assigned login, sanction, and disbursement targets
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Eligibility Criteria:
1-4 years of experience in Home Loans / Affordable Housing Finance
Understanding of affordable housing customer profiles
Local market knowledge of Himmatnagar and nearby areas
Experience in open market or DSA sourcing
Good communication and customer-handling skills
